We’re excited to announce a massive new update to GeoSure—one that will fundamentally change the way your company and your employees work, live, travel, and move around the world.
The idea that we’re reimagining our mobile experience might come as a surprise, considering how useful GeoSure has proven to be to the millions of people we reach. But our aspirations are higher. Our goals are to be so trusted that users want to embed GeoSure in their day-to-day life, shaping how you approach the world. Something you check every morning, multiple times during the day, and evening before you venture out. We want GeoSure to be that sticky!
We deliver data and insights that are akin to the information you get from your weather app, or the clock on your phone: we enable you to live more securely and confidently. That kind of service isn’t merely useful: it’s essential.
Because (strangely enough) personal safety is completely analogous to the weather. It affects us constantly, changes all the time, and influences our daily behaviors.
The insights we provide – real-time safety data, down to the neighborhood where you live and work, and the places you travel to and explore – are as pivotal as the data you can glean from your weather app. That’s not just useful: that’s essential.
That’s why we launched a new, more powerful, and robust version of GeoSure, to make it more indispensable than ever.
The latest version – 5.0 – makes full use of smart, safe AI, allowing users to interact with a bot of our own unique design. This new release goes beyond just the seven categories – which includes access to medical care, protection of basic freedoms, and gender and sexual tolerance – by allowing specific queries that can prompt our AI based on your specific issues.
In fact, you can ask the new GeoSure questions about the safety conditions of the area you’re currently in or planning to visit. Our bot draws upon the information that resides in the entirety of our proprietary database of structured and unstructured data.
For example (and these are just a few tips from the safety iceberg):
Are there any protests or parades planned in the area?
Any increase or decrease in petty crime?
Any particular streets that are safer than others?
If I’m a solo female traveler, are there nighttime safety concerns I should be aware of near my hotel?
GeoSure was designed for both individuals and enterprise-level security managers, reflecting the concern employers have for the health and well-being of their employees – in its broadest sense.
So while it is great to see so many companies focus on the mental health of their teams we believe that individual physical safety is the next frontier. These two forms of health are clearly connected: when people feel physically safe, they are less stressed and have less anxiety.
GeoSure creates a positive flywheel that we call “the new ubiquity” – the idea that all forms of safety and health are essentially intertwined. You need an app that is an “everywhere” security blanket, understanding who you are and where you are – and alerting you to what you should be thinking about.
This solution, which keeps people safe mentally and physically is how GeoSure is designing the future of safety.
The reimagined GeoSure required years of development. We believe it is the most advanced, affordable, #newdutyofcare asset available, and we’re confident in the value we provide and the peace of mind that goes with it. Which (at the risk of not exaggerating) can be life-saving.
Discussing the new design and features with clients, customers, partners, the collective response has been the same – “Why did it take so long?”
GeoSure is the perfect solution for organizations of any size and for anyone who wants to keep themselves safe as they move about the cities, neighborhoods, and streets where they work and live. It's world-class safety data for everyone, everywhere. A new ubiquity for the life we lead today.
