GeoSure is excited to announce Peter Schulte of CM Equity Partners as the newest member of our board of directors. Peter brings a wealth of private equity and venture capital, corporate governance and board membership experience to the firm. His prior experience includes corporate public and private debt and equity financing and M&A at Salomon Brothers Inc. Peter began his professional career in large systems marketing in IBM’s Data Processing Division. He is Managing Partner and a co-founder of CM Equity Partners.
Peter has invested in over 70 companies, he led the IPO of ICF International under CM Equity Partners and served on the ICFI board for over 20 years. He also serves as a Board Member of several companies in which CMEP has an investment position, including, Solerity, Inc., Black ICE Holdings, Inc., JANUS Research Group, Inc., BlueStreet Solutions, Inc. and Dexis Interactive, Inc.
In October of 2023, GeoSure announced Terry Jones, founder and former CEO of Travelocity, Chairman of Kayak.com and former CIO at Sabre, Inc. joined the company as special senior advisor and partner, to assist the management team in growth strategy, AI/LLM capabilities execution, and strategic M&A advisory.
Terry has served on over twenty boards of both startups and public companies and was a special venture partner with General Catalyst Partners. His career path has established him as a thought leader on innovation in our increasingly digital-centric travel experiences. As a board director for more than 20 companies, his IPOs and exits have totaled over $10 Billion. Jones is a highly sought-after international speaker and a recognized global authority through publications like the “Future of Business”, “Disruptive Leadership”, and “Digital Transformation."
